    I am not sure, but from what I heard, it is impossible that Non-Gen-1-Pokemons spawn in the wild as the encounter tables only have one byte for the Pokemon Number. That's why romhacks also can't spawn alolan forms in the wild, but have to use things like stones for "evolving" them.
