hmm maybe ~10 xbox games, ~6 playstation games, 3 wii games, 0 ds games, 0 gba games, ~10 original gameboy games, ~8 dreamcast games.

Its the number of languages that the game has... M7 = 7 languages. I think M stands for Mode.

The R4 has problems with broadcasting the download play games...
I tried to download play Mario Kart and Bleach 2nd from my R4 to a flashed DS, and both games gave white screen. However, download play with Tetris worked... Tetris doesn't even need a flashed DS for download play to work though.
I used my R4 to flash my friend's DS (FlashMe v7). I know its flashed because the health warning screen is gone now, but I tried to make the flashed DS download Mario Kart (simple mode), and Bleach DS 2nd.... both games gave a white screen!

Some DS games have special features when you link them with their slot 2 game.
For example, if you play Harvest Moon DS with Harvest Moon Friends of Mineral Town (GBA) in the slot-2, new content will be unlocked, such as new music, new friends, etc.
