    I don't know if it's still the case now, but I used to have to switch my HK account to a Japan account to play Mario Kart 8 online. No big deal, this setting can be changed from the Nintendo website. I haven't played since the paid service went live, so no idea if this still applies.

    Because you're right, half of it ins't translated actually. As in, the Switch OS itself is still in English. But most games will default to Chinese once launched (Zelda, Mario Kart, ...). It's not perfect yet, but such a vast improvement already. It's pretty nice to have official translations...

    Cantonese and Mandarin use the same written Chinese. One is simplified Chinese (mainland), the other one is traditional chinese (HK and Taiwan) :ha: It's great that Nintendo consoles finally have some Chinese translations in them, they're really stepping up this time around.

    Wheew, I'm getting there. It almost closes perfectly now. I still need to do a bit more of plastic cutting inside so it closes without using any force at all. Even if it seemed perfectly flat, it wasn't enough. Having the right tools for this kind of work really would make a world of difference...

    I couldn't live with them misaligned either. It's the only thing I would ever notice again. Sadly I do not own a dremel tool, so it's going to be back to the scalpel.
