    As person above me already said, STM32F103C6T6 lacks enough flash memory for firmware to fit onto it, get STM32F103C8T6 but be careful as some sellers do indeed sell you the wrong one.

    Just wanted to let you know i finally got it to work, so after everything else failed i put wiiflow and cfg usb loader on my sd card and cfg loader listed all my games but i could not control it with my wiimote (i have latest revision of wiimote and apperetnly it does not work in cfg loader)...
