Really just looking to use CFW to run emulators for older Nintendo systems, otherwise use the 3DS legitimately. From what I've read, as long as I do this offline, then before using any game that uses online to run the game first offline then turn on online, that should limit the risk.- some-random-user

Confused about when exactly to create my NNID for the first time on brand new N3DSXL. Should I do it on my 3DS *before* I follow the 3ds.guide or *after*.
