Homebrew Helpme for development using VSI-CTR(CTR2Project)+VS2015
i registered Nintendo Developer portal and downloaded NDI NDI include VSI-CTR.it can develop with Visualstudio. "Hello world" source code default presetted so i compile it CIA. install with FBI and launch it but 3DS logo splash screen does not end.Cant to run...
