    Hacking Decrypt9 and Homebrewchannel

    Hi guys, I used Decrypt9WIP to unban my 3DS on pokemon moon but now I want to use Phkex to level up some mons. I saw we need to use homebrewchannel for that and there is a problem when I launch my 3DS I don't have anymore a purple screen who gave me the possibility to go to HBC, what I need to do ?
