Removing the controller.ini file changed nothing.... Still the up button is spammed and I can't use my controller- BV502

Why exactly do I have to delete the controller.ini file BTW I have some extra information... I use this ps3 controller mainly to play rocket league on my PC so I use an xbox 360 controller emulator on my pc for my ps3 controller. Maybe this affects this issue. My controll stick is not aimed...- BV502
