    From my chat with Ninendo, it sounds like there are tons of people having the same issue, so i'd wager at least some of them are innocent people caught in the crossfire. They said they'd contact me after a review, so I should be able to get it back since I used a legit copy.

    I've called the North American branch, they seemed more confused than anything. They asked for an ID code off the cartridge, I said I can call them back when my "kid" get's home from school. Anyone actually have a street-date broken copy?
