    ROM Hack Need help accessing homebrew launcher 9.2

    Sup guys. I am busy downgrading an o3ds for a friend using plailects guide. But I forgot to install menuhax while in the homebrew launcher when I used steelhax. I don't have any game carts with me. Is there any other way to access hbl?
