Make sure all ribbon cables are connected properly Also I've heard a lot of people pulled all the plastic connectors up to remove the ribbon cables. You should only up the ones with a latch- George varey

So I did this with my n3ds xl And now when I turn it on only the bottom screen works. I haven't connected to my pc yet only fitted the plug underneath and booted up. I've checked again to see if any connections are loose. They seem fine Just wondered which ribbon cable is for the top screen...- George varey
