Hacking New 3DS XL in store firmware.
I just got my monster hunter generations 3ds. Its on fw 10.7 NA if anyone is wondering so in theory a brand new 3ds should be below 11.0- EVM95

@K3Nv2 I did that using Citra for 3DS games. Bottom screen was my smartphone. Until I got the touch screen. -
