I did a system update and updated Luma using Universal Updater. Now I can't access any online services, I get "Error Code: 002-0999 Cannot access Online services, please try again later". Connection test works okay. Please help me understand if I did something stupid!
UPDATE: Never mind it...
I have my vWii HD plugged in the back of my Wii U (as it doesn't seem to work in the front) and I have my Wii U HD plugged in the front which works fine. However when installing anything using WUP installer GX2 it only seems to recognise the HD if it is plugged in the back. Is there a way to...
I'm asking about legit installs, thanks. I am sorry it was so unclear! I think I will buy Brain Age to get rid of the risk of the original owner deleting their NNID, even though it is unlikely it could happen and it is only seven dollars!
Haxchi and CBHC have been working for years, stopped with 5.5.3, I know I can just reinstall but reading around the subject made me realise that there is a possible risk of the original owner deleting their account. For that reason I have one question:
Is it possible that an eShop game is...
To clarify the question is simply as follows:
Is it possible that the copy of Brain Training is NOT associated with an NNID therefore guaranteed safe?
If so is there a way to check this?
No I didn't try to play it. A game is installed to the system and can't be moved, Nintendo got a lot of stick for that in the past and have changed it for Switch. However wiiu hacks guide and various other people have warned that if the NNID that originally bought the game get's deleted then...
My Wii U is logged in with my NNID, wasn't logged in with an NNID when I bought it. Does that mean that the DS game was a pre install and is not associated with an NNID?
I bought my Wii U second hand and it already had Brain Training so I used that to install CBHC. Yesterday my Wii U stopped booting to Haxchi and started booting to normal Wii U system menu. So I was planning to reinstall CBHC to Brain Training but wanted to check if that was safe to do...
"But seriously there is no real reason to convert the games yourself"
I think this might be the answer! If I accept that, go to 11 and use the new 4.0 launcher.dat then all will be well :)
No I have never installed anything other than Gateway, to access the GW menu I just use Settings > Other Settings > Profile > Nintendo DS Profile
This boots the emunand. From there I press select to access the ROMS on the GW micro SD
In Emunand I installed Big Blue Menu which I can use to...
Yes I have sysnand 4.5 and formatted emunand so emunand is also on 4.5
I never ran a cfw before I messed up I just used emunand and GW launcher (select key)
I can boot to emunand, I am just stuck on 4.5 I want to update emunand but not all the way to 11 as things seemed to stop working that were...
Thanks again, when I try to use browser I get told I have to do system update before I can open the browser.
As long as Luma can help me convert 3ds to cia I will use that instead of rxTools.
Thanks,
I probably prefer to not go to 11 as I was haing trouble installing rxTools on 11 as well. I want to be able to convert .3ds files to .cia
When you say get the correct .bin file are you referring to the "Otherapp/ropbin payloads" section? If so I tried that but the lowest you can...
My GW emunand was on 10.3 but upgraded to 11. Once on 11 the method of using the select key to access the GW rom selecter no longer worked. The only way I could think of to get back to 10.3 was to format Emunand and use sysupdater. However after formatting emunand I can not install HBL on 4.5...
sometimes to the point of thanking me for my quick actions etc against spam and other stuff, but yea...its either they come to respect me or outright hate me
