    noticed an issue with the v7 patch. The game seems to be stuck after the "System Data" message if I patch the eboot with "EbootOST.bin.v05.xdelta" but works fine with "EbootEVO.bin.v05.xdelta"

    error NW-2304-9 usually means a blocked IP address. try restarting your modem and/or router.

    i believe the vpk format is more like a zip, not a rar archive.

    no need to convert it to vpk. maidumptool has an option for you to install games that were dumped from the same app.

    staying at that firmware wont give you any advantages, IMO. just follow the guide https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki and you wont have to worry about emunands and such.
