    do note that samsung unlocked phones have been notorious for not getting updates as frequent as their carrier locked counterparts did. i ended up getting the t-mobile usa prepaid version, even though the phone was paid off they still wanted me to use at least $100 before they unlock it for me.

    i dont mean to hijack the OP his post but i got a similar 3ds here, gw+ luma+11.2(emunand). im afraid to loose my emunand with all of it's CIA's installed. is there a way to convert to b9s and convert my emunand to sysnand safely?

    thats nice! but since i dont have access to the 3ds anymore (stolen) and i only got old backups of the sd card, NAND and all the A9v2 procedure files i'm trying to make those useful. if decrypt would save it in any file by default then ill have access to it but i didnt find anythign like that...

    @ispano thanks for the tip! i went to pkhex --> trainer info--> corrected the region. and corrected all my current pokemon (no cheating, just correcting). problem solved.
