    Hacking Wii Homebrew Without Wii Mode ?

    Is it possible to run homebrew intended for Wii on the Wii U without going into the Wii Homebrew Channel first? I'm mainly interested in the Sega emulator "Genesis_Plus_GX". I've tried using doltool to convert the emu from .dol to .elf. It showed up in Homebrew Browser, but launching failed...
