Hey Xflak; I wanted to thank you again for this great app. I use it once a year to bring my wii up to date. =D It's really worked well this last time as well about a month ago. I had a quick question if you don't mind. When I used Modmii a month ago, the new csio included was still dx6...

Hacking Best Way to Mod Any Wii: ModMii for Windows: Official Support Thread

Thanks for the great advice XFlak, I will follow your instructions and post updates if there's something I can't figure out. Hacking Keeping up with new Cios and USB loader

It's been awhile since I followed an older guide to softmod the wii...I can't for the life of me remember which rev of the cios was installed (I think it was rev 14 with some other Hermes v4 revs as well....can't be sure though). I do have bootmii installed with the NAND backed up as well. The...

    Maybe something to think about

Lately I have not posted on these forums but have been reading along some threads of interest. The reason I'm choosing to ease back on joining conversations is because it seems to me that most threads and posts involves means of downloading/pirating games. It's either about sites to get games...

Hacking M3 lite perfect work in a GBAsp?

Both the professional and perfect will boot fine in GBASP in gba mode. That's why that case is there. The professional just has limited memory so the gba games that actually work are reduced.

Hacking m3 sd perfect saving problem

It sounds like either the m3 sd is defective or it's not making good contact with the DS slot 2. You can try tightening the case that's about it.

Hacking M3 Simply, do you HAVE to use the M3 Game Manager?

It's meant to be drag and drop unless you want to trim. Then you use trimming programs and then drop it into your card.

Hacking a few newb questions....(i read the faq!)

Everytime you write a game to the g6, it creates 3 saves (.0, .1, and .2). .0 is also caled the default slot. You start a game, play, then save. This save currently is held in what's called the sram of the g6, which is battery operated volatile memory. Then when you restart to the menu...

Wii #0116 - Puzzle Series Vol. 1: Sudoku (Japan)

It runs on my US NTSC Wii with wiikey as well, but the Japanese text is dispalyed as scrambled ascii. This hasn't happened to any other japanese games I've ran. Are you experiencing the same issue?

    Hacking M3 SD doesn't save

If it says that, then saving onto the sd card technically is successful seen by the m3 cart. If your saves still aren't kept, then it's a hardware problem and I would proceed to exchange it.

    Hacking Wiikey Mini-Review

interesting question....did they mention a specfic game in question? If so I could try it out to see if it's a problem. Also I stopped updating this list since it seems like most people don't need it anymore heh. I've been just testing NTSC releases anyways from now (Japanese and US).

    Hacking M3 SD doesn't save

if you get a message when you start the m3 that says something like "cannot find save file, backup/saving failed," then you can see the save file it's trying to save to "the file name will be there, aka the save file it cannot find." Create a m3 .dat file with the same name as that file and...
