Tutorial NOOB friendly guide to Downgrading your 3DS (From FW <10.7!!)
worked for me on n3ds, but first try was a softbrick (recovery mode back to 10.7 - was the latest fw on my downgrade... now it is 11.0 so a recovery could be problem...) because I didn't format the 3ds. So first format 3ds!- mcpat

Hacking Did the 2.1 downgrade for OTP work for you?
worked for me on n3ds (eur). downgrade from 10.7 to 9.2 (acc. guide found here in the forum, but first softbrick because I didn't to the format! So format first the 3ds!). Then acc. guide from Plailect, updated rednand to 11.0(!), downgrade to 2.1 and then restore sysnand to 11.0- mcpat
