    i was able to get it running, FPS is around 18-21. I am using remoteplay(priorityMode = 0, priorityFactor = 0, quality = 100, qosValue = 101). Is there any other way i can make it 30 FPS, i'm using ethernet cable. Or it is now based my router?

    I have a New 3DS XL that has a 10.7.0-32U version. How can i downgrade it to 9.2? I dont own any OOT or Cubic Ninja Cartridge.
