I'm about 99% sure that this error is caused by the console ID spoof. the NNID itself is definitely not banned, but it's tied to your real console ID, so it throws an error whenever you try to use it with the spoofed one.- bloodyvalentine

I have been formatting/restoring my console all day and I can assure you that it really isn't my case. I did use both system and tinyformat and got the exact same result. Homebrew Is there a way to go from ReiNAND to a9lh?
Just update Reinand to the latest version if you are already on 11.0 (won't be able to downgrade your emuNAND otherwise) then jump directly to part 4 of Plailect's guide.- bloodyvalentine

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1
