Howerver, when I try to unpack them with ctrtool, it appears that IVFC headers of some of these files are missing. I tried to install oot3dhax for my new 3ds(updated to 11.2) using the oot3dhax installer from the latest starter pack, but it didn't work on my new 3ds. I did this on an old 3ds through the HBL cia.
