    I want to install custom themes into the 3ds theme menu, I've seen it done before, I'm guessing it needs to be in a CIA format, Idk how to do that though. (I want to be able to turn them on and off with out the HBL (cause I'm using a different boot.3dx) and make it easier to switch between them
