Hacking [Tutorial] How to update Emunand on a N3DS
Fixed it. I restored the emuNAND backup to 9.2 Did the update again. Before booting again I deleted the emuNAND profile from the root/Nintendo 3DS folder in the SD card. Booted emuNAND and was met with a black screen, no "Preparing to start home menu, please wait and dont turn off the power"...- mkn2

Im having the same issue as some people here. Downgraded from 10.3 to 9.2 Installed ctrbootmanager and rxtools 3.0 emuNAND 9.2 was working fine, I am using OoT cart as an entrypoint I installed sysUpdate 0.4.2 with FBI in my emunand and used the proper firmware files. Updating seems to go...- mkn2

I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
