doing this fixed my problem! thanks so much! i have some questions though, is removing menuhax have any effects on emunand? and is it safe to update to 10.3 on emunand? im using new 3ds xl usa on 9.2- IDN1945

Hi, i follow all your steps until the ends but somehow i cannot boot into emunand. When my n3ds boot into ctrbootmanager, i choose rxtools, then the n3ds reboot and it boot again into ctrbootmanager. So i choose rxtools again, but it freeze (black on the top screen and red on the bottom screen)...- IDN1945
