Hacking Problem with game cias
I installed a few legit cias from different regions and they've all been working except for Animal crossing new leaf JP. Hacking Updating emunand on O3DS & downgrading on N3DS ?
I downgraded the firmware of my O3DS from 10.3.0-28 to 9.2.0-20 and installed RxTools. I want to update the emunand to 9.5 at least, but don't know how to, and don't know if it'll affect the sysnand in any way because they're linked. @Xdqwerty, to answer your question, they're a fusion Brit-pop/J-pop/electronic band with a woman vocalist. Flamingo is hands down their best known song but they've got a ton of other really good songs+1 -
