Tutorial Simple Guide to Downgrading your 3DS
Ok, so I've been trying to figure this out for a while now. Earlier I downgraded my Japanese 10.3 3DS to 9.00. After completing the downgrade, menuhax and browserhax have stopped working. My question is does browserhax support a 9.00J console? I'm trying to get back to the Homebrew Launcher...- Blade151

Worked like a charm. :D No issues. Just downgraded from 10.3J to 9.20J (O3DS) Everything is also still intact except for menuhax it seems.- Blade151
