    Hacking Nintendont

Does anyone know which third-party gba-link cables work? I bought the Tomee one, and it will recognize that a gba is plugged in, but it errors if it tries to transfer data.

Hardware Recommended price to sell o3DS w/A9LH + Luma 3DS

$150 is approximately 100€. If I wasn't smart enough to install A9LH myself I would be willing to pay $150, but anything more than that would be too much for me.

    Homebrew PC-98 emulator on 3DS?

There are not currently any pc-98 emulators for the 3ds. (This is the first thing that shows up when you google pc98 3ds.) We have dos emulators for both the ds, and new3ds, as well as pc-98 emulators for the psp(albeit crappy ones last time I checked.) It certainly seems like it could be done...

Homebrew How do I use 3ds online features with Homebrew? (Fire Emblem: If related)

If you can get the latest update for your game, it seems to be region free. I've gotten EU Harvest Moon: New Beginnings, and JP Pokemon Y to connect to the internet using my US 3ds.

Homebrew How do I use 3ds online features with Homebrew? (Fire Emblem: If related)

You can convert any 5 gems into any one gem, then wager that gem in the arena. Fastest way I have found.

Homebrew Eshop won't download certain games on emunand 10.5

Specificity the cia of Project Mirari on "that iso site" has been edited to be version 1.0 while the one on the eshop, as well as the one on the game card is version 1.10. So I tries to re download the entire game instead of updating. It is the exact same version though, so you are free to just...

Homebrew RetroArch GPSP Cheats crash the whole device

On my O3DS it tends to freeze or crash every fifteen minutes or so. It might actually be normal. What firmware or you running, version of GPSP, and are you using 3ds/cia/3dsx version.

ROM Hack [Question] Is creating Legit CIAs hard?

Or you could just downgrade, set up emunand, and use non-legit Cias.

ROM Hack [Question] Is creating Legit CIAs hard?

Legit Cias that you dump only work for your system. The small number of universal Legit Cias is due to what has been released as preinstalled content on a 3ds system. We can't dump more, unless Nintendo release more 3ds systems with software preinstalled.

Homebrew [Request] A app that can make even small games without coding.

Yes programming in C/C++ is the ideal solution, however the games that people will try to build with an scripting language are for all intents and purposes unlikely to need to use all or even most available resources on the 3ds. A gba emulator should absolutely not be written in Lua, but there...

Homebrew [Request] A app that can make even small games without coding.

If you really want to be treated like a 4 year old, and have a copy of minecraft(It should be simple enough to find a hacked edition) then I would recommend http://computercraftedu.com/ for your introductory lua tutorial. It's sort of a tutorial to get you familiar with programming in general...

Homebrew [Request] A app that can make even small games without coding.

Strangely enough you can already program with lua either by using lpp or lovepotion. It is one of the simpler scripting languages so you might just want to try programming yourself. So would good documentation for the existing lua engines fix this?

Illinois is working to ban toxic food additives that have been banned for decades in other countries; additives that can be replaced and all those countries still have Skittles and Mountain Dew. Title of the piece: GUBMINT WANTS TO TAKE AWAY YOUR CANDY

Gee, I wonder if the author is biased?
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Veho, Sounds and smells like bullshit. They don't give you cancer, and California should know that. I don't get why they stick labels that say "may or may not cause reproductive harm or cancer".

Arsenic doesn't give you cancer either.
