Homebrew RELEASE Super Haxagon (Switch Version)

Unfortunately maintaining multiple languages would be really difficult for me, so I'm not quite sure I'd be able to pull it off well enough for everyone to be satisfied

Homebrew RELEASE Super Haxagon (Switch Version)

It currently uses the music assets from Open Hexagon, another great open source Super Hexagon clone (that's also apparently now on Steam, by the way). I'd say it's on par with Super Hexagon in head-bobby-ness!

    Homebrew [Release] Super Haxagon 3.0

It does, there's a picture of it in the screenshots section. I only have an o3ds XL on hand so I haven't been able to test it on the n3ds. There is time-based logic as well, so if the system runs faster or slower it will keep up.

Homebrew RELEASE Super Haxagon (Switch Version)

Super Haxagon (Switch Version) About: Around 4 years ago I developed a 3DS homebrew called "Super Haxagon". It's was a Super Hexagon recreation for the 3DS featuring custom levels and entertaining game play. Anyway, around a month ago I decided to re-write the entire thing in C++ so it's cross...

    Homebrew [Release] Super Haxagon 3.0

[Release] Super Haxagon 3.0 About: Super Haxagon is an open source recreation of the game Super Hexagon for the 3DS, Nintendo Switch, and PC. I recently re-wrote the entire game (this is the game's second re-write, who knows if some day it'll get a third), so I thought it deserved a new thread...

Homebrew [Release] Homebrew Launcher with grid layout

Well that's bizzare... All of the forks seem to point to me now  @mashers what did you do  Yes, the repo at https://github.com/RedInquisitive/3DS-Homebrew-Menu is an old repo that I used to contribute to the project a little bit (I added splash screens and BGM what, about a year...

    Homebrew [Release] Super Haxagon

Did you resolve your issue? Seems like you might have misplaced your music files. They go in /3ds/data/haxagon. Thanks! And thanks for playing! I don't know if I can, but I might try to get ogg decoding working as per @TheCruel 's suggestion, though that's still up in the air. Audio is...

Homebrew HomebrewTitleIDGenerator - Unused TitleID's & TitleID Check

Might want to fix that in case somebody types in a lower case title ID! Don't know if this matters, but title ID's in the makefiles look something like this: UNIQUE_ID := 0x099AA Maybe this should check short titleIDs too?

    Homebrew [Release] Super Haxagon

Honestly, can't tell! But open source doesn't just mean free as in beer, it means free as in speech (so everyone has a say)! If a level is too difficult, let's figure it out together. Is anyone else having problems? The game IS supposed to be hard, so keep that in mind! Try playing the...

    Homebrew [Release] Super Haxagon

Ah you got to be kidding me.. The code should save every time you press any button after it says game over (so if you force shutdown your 3ds after it says game over it won't save). I'll take a look I guess Honestly that's just a bonus test level. You should still be able to see the walls, they...

Did anyone get the level editor working? I still have no feedback on it's usefulness :c

    Homebrew [Release] Super Haxagon

If I knew how to implement an ogg stream into the DSP audio player I'd be able to solve all of this! Gah, maybe some day... Though I know it is possible (@Rinnegatamante did it in lpp), there just isn't an easy to use 3ds sound library yet.

    Homebrew [Release] Super Haxagon

 Well I guess I learned something about github today, thought it was automatic haha. Are you really certain this matters though? GitHub hasn't contacted me for the entire 7mo the repository has been live.

    Homebrew [Release] Super Haxagon

Hmmm, I don't think I've heard of that. GitHub uses a mechanic called "Large File Storage", so if GitHub needs to it'll host the audio binaries over there. For now it should be fine.

How big was the file when it was in stereo? The file is completely loaded into ram -- you might have allocated more memory than the 3DS has.

    Homebrew [Release] Super Haxagon

You see... It should work. It seemed like it was working fine a while ago then it just... broke. Maybe somebody will figure it out! The primary reason the soundtracks are in mono is to save space on the SD card, but I guess if stereo doesn't work anymore that's no good! (I think stereo sound...
