    Yes, that's true. If you use the Beginners Guide files it will be already made. Try holding L after you select rxtools, and when you select emunand. Also, go back to rxtools from Oct. 2nd. Or the one in Beginners Guide files. Newest rxtools don't work on n3ds.

    I want to update my emunand to 9.5 but I'm confused about which version to use. I've heard that 9.5.0-23E causes problems? Is that true? I can't find a download of 9.5.0-22E anywhere, including on the website of ISOs. I'm on N3DS XL fw 9.0.0-20E sys/emu at the moment. Cheers

    Just finished the whole tutorial. Everything working now. The L button was the key. What a headache. Maybe it's worth adding some steps to create "S-Y-S" and "E-M-U" sign folders on the home menu pages of each, for easy recognition.

    I did it. Hold L while booting rxtools from CBM. You have to time it right JUST as the rxtools splash is appearing. Choose rxmode then emunand, AND HOLD L AGAIN as you load emunand. Done. You might have to hold a different button. L is the button I set for themehax. It's something to do with...

    Sometimes the load attempts will crash to the debug screen shown below, or just freeze to a black/colour screen. Sometimes the debug screen flashes when the 3ds is turning on. Tried it without the extension. No luck. PM sent.

    I got RxTools to load by removing the "orig" from "0004013820000002orig.bin" in rxtools/data, and making sure it was from the Reinand 2.1 release. But now in RxTools I only get "Failed to load Native_Firm: 4" error when trying to load into RXMode emunand. Help?

    You'll need FreeMultiPatcher and perhaps Firmware Spoofed (FP) cias for newer games.
