    He still can if he has someone with a a9lh 3DS already installed and could do the Dsi-Downgrade method you don't have to update to 11.1 you can use this [https://github.com/yellows8/ctr-httpwn/releases] to spoof the fact that you're on 11.1. This means you can still go online and stuff

    If you are on 9.2 on emunand update it to 11.0 If that still doesn't work try go into the eshop and open the games store page and relaunch it. If it is still not working try the eshop repair feature.

    No you cant get your old nand off your 3ds unless if you had a9lh or had created a nand back up before the 3ds bricked. (PS imo i would rather buy a n3ds no an o3ds)
