I have a problem with my fresh downgraded n3DS EUR. I follow the tuto, and i have a black screen when launching rxtools via homebrew launcher. any idea ? I have emunand, last version 9.2 Europe I put all the correct files on my SD... I don't understand Thanks !- Xnoss

Just to help. I tried two times to downgrade yesterday. Both "failed" because after the installation of cia ect... Reboot, "An error ocurred" had to restore 2 times. Then I've formated my 3ds. Reinstall my hax for easy acces. I launch homebrew launcher -> ftp -> exit ftp with B, two times ->...- Xnoss

@Veho, Sounds and smells like bullshit. They don't give you cancer, and California should know that. I don't get why they stick labels that say "may or may not cause reproductive harm or cancer". -
