Hacking [PoC] 3DS Region Changing + proof
Hypothetically, If you were to insert the region-changing to the sysNAND of a Japanese n3DS and change the region to North America, would you be able to system transfer from another North American 3DS to the changed system? If so this is quite possibly the greatest thing ever!- Kieran

if they get permission from 4j (the studio who helped put minecraft on consoles), they could put the console edition tutorial worlds in the game, as seeds+1
and i mean all of them (if not, maybe a few highlights, like TU1, TU31, and TU69) -
