Hacking Downgrade from 4.5 to 4.3
Hello. Is it possible at the moment to downgrade european 3ds from 4.5 to 4.3? I want to do this cause my old flashcard is working only on 4.3 downwards. If yes, then where can I find downgrade files?- _CW_

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1
