Gaming List of games that load data from USB

Good day. Does anyone have a list of games that load data from USB? I know games like Excite Truck load songs from SD, so I'd like a list of any games (if any) that have similar features, but from USB Mass Storage. Thanks in advance.

Try turning your 3DS back on, that's probably the best way.

Homebrew Yellows8 adds support for 10.3 menuhax?

He probably only updated the memory offsets so that it could work on 10.3 if there was a way to bypass the previous fix.

    Hacking [question] signature.ctr

Don't get your hopes up at all. It's very likely just an ECDSA (Or whatever signing method is used) signature for some files stored in the ROM - Possibly the main executeable. So the idea being if you modify the executable so that it doesn't match the signature (Or vice versa) it would fail to...

    Homebrew [Request] DS Mode Launcher

Ignoring the regionfree aspect, this would allow people with blocked flashcarts to work on the latest firmware. This could include the simple blocks (Acekard 2i) or the more complex filter that blocks based on hardware.

    Homebrew [Release] Homebrew Emergency Launcher

Hmm. Do you have any plans to expand upon this in the future? I'd like for the ability to be able to bind (at least some of) the buttons to different applications, ie. Autoboot Reinand, hold L for Homebrew Loader, hold R for FTP. Thanks in advance, and good work.

    Homebrew [RetroArch] Nightly builds here!

One thing worth noting at least on gPSP, saving doesn't actually save (IE. Copy the SRAM to a file) until you close the ROM. If your emulator crashes after you've saved, it won't actually save. It would be nice if the emulator could be updated to push SRAM changes to file as soon as they're made.

Hacking Any luck on fake eshop/update server?

You can't. The 3DS verifies the server it's talking to is authentic, or at least the file it receives is legitimate.

    Homebrew [RetroArch] Nightly builds here!

Does anyone know how to get Megaman Legends 2 past the titlescreen? It does the standard thing that PCSX does, which is after the Capcom logo it crashes the emulator. Mucho appreciato.

    Hacking Forwarder CIAs?

Hello. The Wii has forwarder channels (stub application that redirects to an application on SD card). Has anyone developed a similar thing for 3DS? I see there are some apps that update regularly and I think it'd be easier to just replace the executable, rather than fully reinstall. Thanks.

    Hacking [Realease] ReiNand Cfw

Hello. I have a 9.0 EU N3DS XL with Ninjhax 1.1b. Whenever I try to load Reinand it says that Emunand can't find the offsets, and fails to load. Can someone assist? Thanks.

Homebrew CitrAGB - 3DS GBA Emulator (WIP)

I've noticed some games that I've dumped from my collection aren't in the game_config.txt (Notable, FF5/FF6 Advance). These run with awful performance (Maybe 1/3-1/2 speed). Would it be possible to add these to the config? In addition, short of me building my own version, are there plans to add...

    Hacking Ninjhax Source Code Released

If you had read the article linked, that was just a writeup. Not the source code. This is the full source code, allowing users to compile their own variants of the Ninjhax saved game, rather than just the pseudocode behind it.

Hacking [Research] Block the 3DS from updating - permanently

You mention that it's possible to stop the 3ds from seeing an available update through this modification. Would this work for system transfer, and other "lite" update checks? For example. I have two 3ds consoles both on 9.2.x. Same region. I want to transfer between the two. Of course, this is...

the vram is one advantage when it comes to AI but ends up being slower even with that and really AI is the only use case that needs more than 12gb vram right now
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    Interesting lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think I watched a video where two games at 4K where eating just over 16GB of RAM and it's the one case where the 7900XT and XTX pulled ahead (minus RTX of course)
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So my opinion is that they could age a bit better in the future, and maybe AMD will continue improving them via drivers like they tend to do. No guarantee there but they have done it in the past. Just a feeling I have.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
cyberpunk at 4k without DLSS/fidelityfx *might* exceed 12gb
    +1
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but that game barely runs at native 4k
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think it was some newer games and probably poorly optimized PS4 or PS5 ports
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
they definitely will age better but i feel dlss might outweigh that since it looks about as good as native resolution and much less demanding
    +1
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
When I played Cyberpunk on my old 2080 Ti it sucked lol
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
AMD could introduce something comparable to DLSS but nvidia's got a lot more experience with that
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
least amd 7xxx has tensor cores which the previous generations didn't so there is the potential for AI upscaling
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
They have FSR or whatever it's called and yeah it's still not great
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
so AMD seem to finally be starting to take AI seriously
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Oh yeah those new 8000 CPUs have AI cores built in that's interesting
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Maybe they plan on offloading to the CPU?
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Would be kinda cool to have the CPU and GPU working in random more
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    Tandem even
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
i think i heard of that, it's a good idea, shouldn't need a dedicated GPU just to run a LLM or video upscaling
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
even the nvidia shield tv has AI video upscaling
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
LLMs can be run on cpu anyway but it's quite slow
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
Have you ever been beaten by a wet spaghetti noodle by your girlfriend because she has a twin sister, and you got confused and fucked her dad?
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I had a girlfriend who had a twin sister and they would mess with me constantly.... Until one chipped a tooth then finally I could tell them apart.... Lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
They would have the same hair style the same clothes everything... Really messed with my head lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
@The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation.
