    My thoughts exactly, if the card can use emunand then I will for sure buy a N3DS asap. However if it's locked into 9.2, I'd probably hold off on buying the N3DS.

    The only problem I see with this logic is that sky3ds works on all firmwares between 4.5 and 9.2. Whereas gateway specifies 9.0-9.2. While obviously you could write this off as just not wanting to support other firmware for ease, more logically for me atleaat something specific in those...

    Well seeing as 9.2 is currently that max firmware I would say that it would be 9.2 or lower if you buy it quickly.
