    no i am not the person ordered R4i 3DS Deluxe i did order 2 R4i Gold chips i tried to use my prepaid visa card but it wouldn't work so I used my prepaid visa card thru paypal and next day u guys emailed me saying it got canceled and refund was send out i never got my refund
