    The DS flashcart I have been using is an R4, not too sure if genuine or fake. Anyways, it's pretty screwed anyways, the only way my DS would read the card properly was to stick a piece of paper behind it to "bump up" the card.

    I can open sysupdater, but it crashes regardless if I press a to upgrade or y to downgrade.

    I don't think that will work, considering that neither downgrading nor upgrading will work properly. On 4.1, the latest with memchunkhax, it crashes IMMEDIATELY into a red bottom screen and back to the HB menu.

    So, if I press (A I think it was?) to upgrade to with sysUpdater, it won't upgrade me to 10.5, correct? If that's the case, I may do that.

    I ran the sysUpdater again through browserHax, and it half-worked. It said Loading CIA Informations... and then Downgrade complete, and it rebooted me back into the Home menu. However, nothing changed. GW still black screened on opening, and now, sysupdater has the same effect.

    Some people on other forums have tried updating to the latest firmware, then downgrading again, but I shouldn't do that, because the latest is 10.5, which is impossible to downgrade using browserhax/menuhax, right? Or should I try that?

    I had problems with sysUpdater, with that common CIA error. However, when I used safeSysUpdater, it downgraded "successfully".     Shit, even GW 3.7.1 won't load up. It gives me a black screen. I tried using MenuHax and BrowserHax.
