They're both 5 min for me, maybe a bug in the newest version?

Awesome. Works perfectly. One question, can you add the ability for me to choose how often the mac changes? 5 min is way too short....I prefer 30 minutes.

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

I'm running the 256 script now with a 10 minute delay, works well, thanks. Still get random drops though, stops working and I have to reboot several times, sometimes uninstall the wifi drivers and restart nzone multiple times but it eventually gets going again. On a couple occasions it...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

Thanks, I had a look. According to your instructions only BASE 1, 16 and 256 can be used with the windows script, means I can ignore the country specific ones and GBATEMP. So my issue is still that I would like to run from a larger pool of MAC's, slightly quicker, but I'm guessing this isn't...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

So I had a look at the nzone in task scheduler. It says it is set to repeat every 1 minute. But I'm running the base16 script that cycles the mac every 30 minutes. Is this not where the setting is to adjust the mac cycle time?

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

Yeah not sure why mine takes so long, it's hosted on a windows 7 laptop, it takes 3-5 minutes before my 3ds's exchange streetpass data. They connect within 10 seconds of the mac change but the data just isn't sent until 4-5 minutes for some reason. I will take a look at the windows task...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

Is it possible for nzone to pull from more macs, but without the insane speed? Maybe a custom speed like 10 minutes? I'm thinking the 256 at 2 minutes was too damn fast and somehow broke everything. I've been watching my connection closely, it's working flawlessly, but I've noticed that...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

Thanks for the info. If it breaks on me again, I'll buy a adapter. Any current recommendations for adapters? I see the list on HERE but I don't know which to consider.

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

Oh, I know this. But what's happening is there is no longer a 'internet' connection with the 3ds, like there was the first couple hours I ran it. The Internet icon was blue. It hasn't been blue since. Anyone have any troubleshooting steps to determine why the virtual wifi might not be properly...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

duke_srg - Do you have any ideas on why it worked for a hour, and now I receive no data through the virtual wifi ConsoleNintendo3DS? I quoted your last post so you'd be notified.

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

Well, no. I mean it 'works' but I do not get any streetpasses. I believe this is due to it not working with a passworded network? Unfortunately hostednetwork (the virtual network) in windows REQUIRES a network password.

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

Well, I was able to manually get into the hostednetwork settings and set it up for use with Chaldron's, still don't know why nzone.exe failed....

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

So if I'm using my laptop, which is connected to wifi, nzone made a shared wifi hotspot. MACycle doesn't do this, it requires one setup. How do I set one of those up on a Windows 7 machine? I looked but couldn't see how.

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

I thought MACycle was a dead project? It still works? Also; I noticed that nzone is not applying the correct mac addresses to the shared connection, which may or may not have anything to do with it. Oddly enough the 3ds still thinks its a nintendo zone even though the applied mac is no...
