    before change region install Config_v11_4_NAND.cia and run it Record data value below lcd setting flicker top and bottom I change region before after change the sceen it has some stripe so I use Config_v11_4_NAND.cia change the lcd seeting value then the screen turn normal

    OK I know I should Enable loading external FIRMs and modules try it on O3DS it work when I choose amiibo options it will black screen it said failed to read amiibo dump it is fine wait a second it shows option menu then choose change nick name then push Dpad up it shows my dump amiibo...
