HI i have a r4i dshc not a r4i sdhc ,i deleted my firmware from my sdcard a long while go,but now want to install it again but the ite from where i get it that is r4i-dshc.com is not available no more,plz help- gokussj4

hi I have an NDS and have the following card4 when i update it from www.r4i-sdhc.com ,and start it from my ds it shows a red micro sd having written "menu?" inside it,how do i fix that?plz help- gokussj4
