    Hacking Nintendont

Well since the Sonic Mega Collection and Mega Man Anniversary Collection were listed, it'd be cool to have Capcom Vs. SNK 2 EO (US version) working with Force Progressive enabled, I know somebody will tell me that not all games work with that setting enabled but this one used to work for a few...

See? This is what I meant with Wiird codes suddenly not working, now FIX's own Button Changer code for Mega Man Anniversary Collection gives me a black screen at the very beginning and gets stuck there. If I disable the code the game works fine. To be even more clear, the code worked wonderfully...

    Hacking Nintendont

I am very aware of that fact, that's why on my original post I said: "I'm reporting this because it's odd these cheats have worked fine for lots of revisions and suddenly started having issues." It's not like I tried some cheats for the first time yesterday. These are cheats that have worked...

    Hacking Nintendont

Is anybody else having issues with cheats? I think it started around r295 and it's usually related to Infinite Health type of cheats making games freeze at the same point every time. Disabling the specific cheat makes the game work normally. I'm reporting this because it's odd these cheats have...

Do you have Emulated Memory Card on? I remember the bios files not running and black screening with Emulated Memory Card off. Also, make sure they're named properly.

I'm using USBGX r1233-1234 straight from Cyan's signature and it happens the same to me with the latest revisions of Nintendont. However, if you keep trying the games will eventually load, just keep clicking on Start and then on Ok when the dialog saying USB is not supported appears. It can take...

Yes, only when Force Progressive is enabled, the game works perfect when it's off. And I know it's such a minor thing but I want to know if it's a problem on my end because nobody else seems to be experiencing it and 480p it's marked green on the compatibility wiki.

Will give this a try since the compatibility wiki has it marked as 480p working on r2.165. I asked for confirmation a few pages back and I think nobody replied. Game: Capcom Vs. SNK 2 EO Describe Issue: Black screen with a loud beep sound on boot only when Force Progressive is enabled. Region...

Try finishing dungeons on Weapon Master, not the very first one though. As has been said before by people who experience the crashes, it seems to be random. I have managed to play for over an hour without crashes and other times it can happen at the third match, also on the character select...

So I tried Capcom Vs. SNK 2 EO and Soul Calibur II both NTSC-U on r182 and got a log of what happens when the first one black screens on boot with Force Progressive enabled and the latter crashed randomly. I really don't know what it means so I hope somebody with knowledge can check it so...

    Hacking Nintendont

Just noticed in the compatibility list that Capcom Vs. SNK 2 EO NTSC-U has 480p marked as working with r165. From what I remember Force Progressive made it crash since r149, can anybody confirm that? Because it still black screens with a loud beep as soon as it boots with Force Progressive...

The golden arrow that you examine and get the Arrowhead from pretty much at the beginning? I just did it with Jill and got the Arrowhead, examined that and the game is still working. Haven't played the full game in a long time though so I can't remember if there's another arrow. I'm using r280...

    Hacking Nintendont

So this is very odd, when I try to run any game on r178 with Memcard Emulation enabled Nintendont just stays there and freezes on the game list after selecting a game, doesn't even try to boot them. If I turn Memcard Emulation off they all boot as fast as always. I'm considering corruption of...

Ok, tested r176 and it still happens with 64kb, 4kb and finally 32kb cluster size. Other games work fine though so I'll try to test with another ISO.

Is anybody having issues with Resident Evil (REmake) NTSC-US? Both discs shut the Wii down after the "Warning" screen. I thought it was because I was using compressed ISO's but re-ripped them and checked the CRC-32, MD5 and SHA-1 of both discs and they're all the same as the ones on redump dot...

Capcom Vs. SNK2 crashes like that when you have Force Progressive enabled, disable it and it should work fine. No idea about P.N. 03, last time I tried it with r166 or r165 it was working fine.

    Hacking Nintendont

Just tested it on my NTSC-US ISO and it seems to be working fine when you access it as soon as you get to the options screen without playing the actual game first. If you play the game first, quit back to the title screen and try to play the movie again then it freezes for me. And yes, reset...

Soul Calibur II (NTSC US) full ISO, md5 same as on redump still freezes randomly on r162. Using an USB HDD formatted as FAT32 with 64 kb clusters on a US Wii with Gamecube ports. It doesn't happen as often though, I was able to finish two dungeons on Weapon Master mode and a couple other...

Just tried it again and it works fine, for some reason it prompted me to format the emulated memory card 59 again when I was booting the game just the other night. And yes, I have been using the method you described on your quoted post.

Not exactly the same but Ultimate Spider-Man keeps saying the memory card is corrupted every time you start it, doesn't matter which size of memory card you choose, at least on r157.
