From what I read on other sites and Wikipedia the seal may just be a Nintendo of America and Nintendo of Europe thing. Hmm I'll take a close look when it actually gets here. Shipped from and to Germany, the seller doesn't have any other game auctions running (but a few household items) and strictly positive ratings.
