    They work automatically but the player has to be on the pitch. Actually, I'm not sure about the "player has to be on the pitch" part, maybe it is enough to put your player in to the squad. But I'm sure they work automatically. :) P.S: Sorry for English.

    I know it but Team Blaze and Little Team are not in the Coach Hillman's "Recruitable Team List" They are special teams.
