Hacking AK2i Directory Setup
I finally got my new AK2I updated for my 3DS but it seems like if I mess with the directory structure it wont get passed the "Loading" screen or it gives me a "Missing system files" message. I put the AKAIO 1.8.9 files in the root of the memory card. so I haveakmenu4.nds and the _aio directory...- chongochingi

Hacking New AK2I card with 3ds
I got two 3ds's for christmas for my boys and I had ordered a AK2i to go with them. I made a mistake of updating them to 3.0.0-6u before I knew I wasn't supposed to do that. Have I ruined my card and if I order a replacement will it work with the new versions of OS? Thanks!- chongochingi

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1

An FPGA could probably replicate the chip's functionality without buying donor parts.+1

Like not emulating the entire SNES but just a loader and the enhancement chips perhaps even slightly overclocked like FX-2
