Thats why they are doing the quest they know most people do not have a PC to run higher end systems so if they want to be more main stream they need to be easier to get into.
Gamestop does not buy games like mom and pop shops. They don't pay the $55 up front they pay when the game sells. Otherwise they would never put games at a cheaper price
