Thanks a lot, I was a bit rushed and posted the question without reading the FAQ. xD But thanks for the patience, I'm kinda new on this vita thing.

    Hacking VITA 3.57

I'm really sorry if this is a dumb question, but I've heard that it's possible to hack vitas at 3.60, but does any firmware below that works? I have a one with 3.57 available and I'm wondering if it will work. Also, can anyone point me a very simple tutorial or video that shows exactly how to...

    Hacking Emunand update on gateway?

Are you sure? So the latest 3.7.1 version of gateway is compatible with the latest version of firmware 11.0 for emunand, right? Rechecking the notes on the 3.7.1 files it does states that it's compatible with 10.3 sysnand, I guess I misunderstood that for emunand. But I'm checking again with...

    Hacking Emunand update on gateway?

Hey guys, sorry if this is a repetitive question. I'm using gateway to play my games, and the emunand is currently on version 9.9, but I decided to play some more recent games (Monster Hunter) and it seems I can't play because of my firmware version. The problem is, I've checked the latest...

Hacking How to keep my old saves on games after inserting private header?

After hours upon hours of struggle and searching back and forth, I finally managed to make it work.

Hacking How to keep my old saves on games after inserting private header?

I wish I had known that earlier. I inserted a header on most of them, I do have backup of the sd card from before inserting the headers, but now I get a fragmentation error everytime I try to re-add the "unheaded" versions of my games to the red card. Such a mess, I've been doing this for...

Hacking How to keep my old saves on games after inserting private header?

Hey guys, I've been playing offline for a while but now I wanted to try the online mode to play with some friends. The problem is: after I inserted the private header on my games and changed ".3ds" extension to ".3dz", it seems the save files don't get recognized and I have to start all over...

Hacking How to keep my savefiles after emunand?

Is that all I have to do? I'm aware that I can't acess data management on sysnand, but the concept of unlinking is strange to me, I've heard it before on this forum but didn't really know what is the purpose of it. So if I do this formatting, the emunand will be safe? Will I lose anything by...

Hacking How to keep my savefiles after emunand?

Yes, I made it moments before making emunand, didn't really have any cia installed, only save data from games.

Hacking How to keep my savefiles after emunand?

I managed to make it work. I deleted the entire Nintendo 3ds folder and replaced it with my backed up one I had. I'm just kinda scared because the one I deleted had a size of 60mb while my previous one had 10mb. Could I have disposed of any essential file that the emunand would need?

Hacking How to keep my savefiles after emunand?

lol Ok thanks, will do that. :D auto It seems most of them are intact, but one single specific game, Fantasy Life, which I had over 30 hours and was the reason to update emunand after all, got "erased". Even after using the backup I had, it shows as it doesn't have my previous save available...

Hacking List of all Gateway questions (9.2.0-20)

Just checked and it indeed works. :) But after I have opened the game, if I press "HOME" and try to suspend the software, the system resets itself to sysnand and I have to open gateway again. Why does that happen?

Hacking How to keep my savefiles after emunand?

I copied all the SAV files but I can't access my old save files. Do I need to do anything else? I didn't copy the "Nintendo 3DS" folder, in case that could mess up with the installation of the emunand, could that have something to do with the problem?

Hacking How to keep my savefiles after emunand?

Hey guys, I was still using sysnand on 4.4 to play my games on gateway, but I found that some games need to have a higher firmware version emunand, as well as cias from dlcs, so I need to update. My question is: how to keep my save files from the games I had? Since using this process formats...

Hacking Monster Hunter 4 works on gateway?

I didn't know you could mess up in that part, I figured that as long as "GW" appeared before the version it was 100% safe to update. I was going to follow this guy's tutorial on how to configure emunand, can you tell me if it's safe to follow it exactly the way he does?

Hacking Monster Hunter 4 works on gateway?

Hey guys, I got a gateway working on a 4.4 firmware, I managed to play everything fine so far, but can't get Monster Hunter 4 to work, the game loads then gets a black screen after I boot it and the 3ds freezes, I have to turn off power to make the 3ds work again, is it playable on gateway...
