    Ouch, wish reinx.guide said something about that before I did all this messing around. So no way to launch the homebrew menu with anything but the album? Also ouch.

    Yup, from post #2570. Selecting the album opens the homebrew menu, holding R opens the album normally, regardless of what I do to hbl-config.ini.

    I'm just using the legacy files, no hbl.nsp. I've tried other combinations, that's all I was saying. Still, hbl-config.ini doesn't seem to be doing anything. I've seen posts in this thread about hbl-config.ini being ignored, maybe that's what's happening? Didn't seem to see any solution to those...

    I was trying to get full ram access for homebrew, but I couldn't get hbl-config.ini to do anything, nor could I get the normal album to open. I tried the normal and legacy style hbl, tried the fixed files from post #2750. So I just ended up using "Homebrew Menu Loader `Legal` NSP". reinx.guide...

    I want to edit my hbl-config.ini but I don't seem to have one, I'd make one, but I don't know what it contains by default. Edit: Nm, Found an example out there

    Tried the lost sphear demo, pinball fx3, and blaster master zero, couldn't get them to work. Edit: I didn't follow step 11 correctly, things are working now.

    I got my card from nds-card.com, took about a week and a half to get here. Popped the proper wood firmware on it and it works great. The ordering process is weird though, but at least it involves paypal.

    I may be wrong, but the updater appears to update to an old version of the CMP database, (2011-08-21 REV A). The newest one is 2011-09-18, and I'm pretty sure that's not the one downloading.
