    It's a Sandisk 4GB Micro SDHC, yes my old one worked fine. I have formatted it to FAT16 now (normal FAT) and it still runs pokemon hg slowly, the bag lags as does the overall game, if not for the bag i wouldn't mind.

    ok, in ubuntu i went into Disk Management and clicked on M3DS (my volumes lable). I unmounted it and erased everything I then created a new lable on it called M3 DS Real and it is now blank / formatted and without anything on it.
