    Hacking NeoGamma r7

    I have installed the homebrew chanel on my sons Wii which is version 3.4e , i have also installed NeoGamma r7 , But when i load a backup DVD disk i get a "DVD read error (1101) no cIOS" ! I apparently need to have cIOS 249 installed with NeoGamma ! How do i find cIOS249 and also how do i install...
