Hacking Any reason to use Configurable USB Loader over USB Loader GX?
Tried them all, first I couldn't get gx to work for me so I used cfg and then i saw some videos of gx and thought it looked nicer in design. So when I got a new hard drive I tried gx again and it worked perfectly fine, has all the same options as cfg and I like the design more. No problems with...- PhantomUser

Hacking NAND Backup
Thanks that helps, I'll give that a shot with Bootmii when my little brother brings the wii back home. So if I go into Bootmii (and take control of it) and make a NAND backup at this point (after already softmodding), the backup would be useless or useful for later if it bricks up?- PhantomUser

I just wanna say that this community seems great. I just softmodded my Wii yesterday and today I got to thinking about how I didn't make a NAND backup because Bootmii could only be installed as an IOS and I don't have a GC controller. Is there any other apps that I could use to make a NAND...- PhantomUser
